I also inquired about the money-back guarantee, and he replied to all my queries with a friendly tone. There were no salesman-style pushes.

Regarding the ticket system, I used it while migrating my website to FastComet. The average reply time stayed under one hour, faster than most web hosts. However, one issue I found is that you have to provide a security token every time after initiating a new chat. Even if you are logged in, you need to do this, and the security token stays valid for only fifteen minutes. It felt slightly inconvenient.
